I have just rang A Plan and spoke to Clare and advised her of the power upgrades just completed on my Westfield, In a nutshell a 33% power gain.

 

The response - No problem, we will amend our records and advise the insurer.

 

And the kicker - No charge

The entire fleet is now insured with A-Plan - cheaper than Admiral Multicar, and even cheaper then they could go down to when I told them I was leaving.

I have to echo what has been said by many people on this thread already, fantastic service received from Clare and the rest of the team and will most certainly be giving them a call when our other car insurance is due for renewal.

Just moved to A-Plan for my tin top, saved a few quid and reduced the excess too.

I recently insured my new Sport 2000 through A-Plan and found them a pleasure to deal with. They had no problem issuing a cover note pre-IVA using the chassis number then re-issuing when I finally completed my cherished transfer. Would recommend, especially having tried another well-known insurer of Kit-Cars who didn't even bother to answer the phone after several minutes of ringing!
