DAN_B Posted November 25, 2013 Posted November 25, 2013 A Plan have done it again!! Gave Claire a ring following my renewal with Flux... Claire not only beat it, but also noticed holding off for a couple of weeks till my birthday would also save me another £100!! Superb service, very pleased. Thank you Claire! Regards, Dan. Quote
Arthur Posted November 26, 2013 Posted November 26, 2013 Just insured my new toy with A-Plan. Clare was very helpful and efficient. Adrian Flux was over £200 but A-Plan arranged full comp for £134. To be recommended. Quote

Arm Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 Wow No sooner had I pressed the enquiry button on A Plans website and the phone rang. Seems they have this just about spot on with the right level of cover and cover options. Well done A Plan - its not very often insurance comes up with a good customer review. Ash M Quote
Doug Dastardly Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 You might be interested to know that I've recently had to claim for a windscreen through them (still in the process) and they seem to be just as good on that side of things as selling insurance. It's always been my worry that a broker might be fine at taking your money but not so good at helping when the boot is on the other foot, but my worries are unfounded here. 1 Quote
Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 You might be interested to know that I've recently had to claim for a windscreen through them (still in the process) and they seem to be just as good on that side of things as selling insurance. It's always been my worry that a broker might be fine at taking your money but not so good at helping when the boot is on the other foot, but my worries are unfounded here. This is the one piece of the jigsaw we've been light on on information on, I vaguely recall someone else saying they'd had to claim for something and it had all been nice and smooth. So while I'm sorry you had to claim, it's great to hear the experience was OK. (Whilst hoping I never need to find out!) 1 Quote
