I have 4 tyres in Manchester I need bringing to my home in West London.

There are equivalents of this in the logistics world. You buy and sell space on a route. I key in my route, start and finish point, date, time, and state which leg I have space on. (Normally the return leg), and how much a pallet I will want for the trip. (Exactly what folks have posted above, but in an ordered, sortable table format.)

p.s. Tomorrow I will be departing Burton On Trent at 07:00, via Daventry, via Lichfield (to drop off a guitar), and back to Burton about 19:00. I have plenty of space in my estate for a set of four rims & tyres.

Any keen developers out want to try that out for us.
