I have a route planned for a short blat if the weather is good. Just under 40 miles, about 1 hour, so if we left at 7.00pm we'd be back at the pub about 8.00 for a natter. Food available for anyone wanting it.

Off chance I'll be in india on work, but otherwise, dates in the diary.

Are most planning to eat before hand then?

Just to be clear, for anyone reading this thread for the first time, this is planned for monday 11th. June, ie not the ban k holiday, but the Monday after.

Daniel, I will probably eat afterwards, but not set in stone, could do either, eat at home before hand, eat at the pub before hand, or eat when we get back to the pub. Whatever people want to do. I just wanted to organise a little evening meet and run out for those locally who fancied it. My car doesn't get out on the public roads much these days, but it will do that evening provided the weather is not wet. Fingers crossed!

I'm afraid the weather is going to prevent me from attending (no weather gear), next time.

At the moment, the weather forecast isn't looking good, light rain most of tomorrow afternoon and evening. It may improve, lets play it by ear. I will be at the pub tomorrow evening, from 6.45pm onward, regardless, so if any of the very local contingent want to come along, with or without a Westie, we can always just have a "jar" and a natter. Mrs H will probably join us if anyone wants to have a meal there. If it isn't too wet I will bring the "beast" and pop it on the carpark to look at, even if the weather looks too dodgey to risk setting off on a blat. I only live 150 yards from the pub, so no problem.

The forecast has improved, so we may well have a run on. :t-up: :t-up:

Looking forward to this, too close for rain to prevent getting there.

Still got somewhat unresolved oil surge issues so wont be driving too vigoursly but more than happy to go out for a run assuming the weather holds to the forcast. Proberbly eat out at the pub while im at it.
