Captain Colonial Posted June 30, 2011 Author Posted June 30, 2011 Looks a lot like a Noble! So it's clearly not that, then! Quote
Nic Ayre Posted July 1, 2011 Posted July 1, 2011 Something a bit different. Just the Make will be enough. http://www.aswmc.org.uk/1of2.jpg Quote
Nic Ayre Posted July 1, 2011 Posted July 1, 2011 Come on folks you can do it Clue 2: This car is one of two known with this type of body, one is in my garage and the other is in Oz or NZ. The company was in existence from 1947 to 1962 and many of the cars were built in Crowthorn, Berkshire. Quote
Captain Colonial Posted July 1, 2011 Author Posted July 1, 2011 Buckler, eh? Never heard of it! The more you know... Belonged to your dad, huh? Restoring it must be a real challenge and labour of love. Quote
Nic Ayre Posted July 1, 2011 Posted July 1, 2011 Well done it's your turn again. The restoring it bit will be a labour of love, when I eventually get round to starting it. Only problem is I can't get into the damn thing when I do get it done. Will need to fit a quick release steering wheel to stand any chance! Quite amazing when you search the Buckercars.com website how many have gone to the other side of the world. If Buckler had been as successful as Lotus were with the 7 we could all be driving round in something that originated from a Buckler. Quote
Captain Colonial Posted July 2, 2011 Author Posted July 2, 2011 Thanks Nic, enjoyed learning about that one! OK, here's your next one: Click Quote
