Actually, I knew that before the second photo came up.  And using the tail lights from a classic Mustang should be a capital punishment offence.

It's a 60's Japanese pastiche of a Yank coupe, but I don't think it's a current mainstream marque.....

Nope, not a current marque, but it was absorbed by one, who turned the model name into something a lot less sedate.

Close enough - a 1964 Prince Skyline Sport by Michelotti, which was absorbed by Nissan.

Looks like a modified Volvo P1800 (at least from the A pillar back) - so it ain't that!
