Captain Colonial Posted June 27, 2011 Posted June 27, 2011 Thought I would start a guessing game thread for a bit of fun (hey, I have to counteract my Three-Word Never-Ending Westfield Story thread, don't I?). You have to name the car in the photo, then if successful, you get to post a car for everyone else to try to guess. Simples! The Rules 1.) Please wait until your guess is verified by the poster to prevent multiple guessing going on at the same time. If no one guesses correctly within 48 hours, please post an answer and then another image to guess. Feel free to provide hints. 2.) The first person to correctly guess the car uploads a link to a new thumbnail or image. Please post a new link within 24 hours or the previous poster will get to post another photo link. 3.) Please include the make, model and year of production (when applicable). Year is not always necessary, but if the car styling is specific to that year please include it (earlier Yank tanks often changed appearances dramatically every couple years). 4.) Exterior shots only. Having said that, it can be just a part of the exterior and not the whole car, as long as it's something that can be identified as part of a specific car make and model (tyre sidewall only not good enough, for example). 5.) Please do not embed the photo itself in your post unless you took it or own the copyright - post a link to the photo instead. Don't want to upset the powers that be in here, do we? (Read sticky comment about copyright at top of Chat forum please) 6.) Repeats are OK, as long as they aren't completely redundant. For example, if the front of an Auto Union 1000SP was shown, a rear view is fine for another entry. Please try to prevent duplicates. --------------------------------------- Got it? OK, here we go with the first car to guess - have fun! Guess That Car Quote
