Bananaman
Whats the weight saving? I'm sure they would fit on much lighter brackets ? Andy vignette damianc, what a wide vocabulary you have. (thinking of obscure word to meen well read/educated etc.................. failing miserably due to "comprehensive(NOT)" education.

damianc
The lights have dip/main & sidelight. Banaman: Are you insinuating I've had a priviledged education?
neilwillis
Has anyone put a pair through an MOT? It would be interesting to know if they were passed without any problems.
Mark Stanton
Has anyone put a pair through an MOT? A few SS drivers in the road-going class with MOT's use em

JonnyBoy
do these lights have dip main and full beam on them or dont you need looking at the size of them..i wouldnt even bother putting bulbs in. I drive around at night with my standard ones on full beam all the time and nobody notices I stand ready to be corrected
damianc
The beam pattern's not very sharp so the MOT's a bit hit or miss.... What's wrong with talking b*****k* in the boardroom? ... everyone else does
Mark Stanton
I drive around at night with my standard ones on full beam all the time and nobody notices If you're using the older style without halogen, then get rid of em - I swapped mine for some Halogen units from Anthony Stafford, they fitted straight into the casings and were much better And I've recently swapped to the M&P small units - so much easier when removing bonnet and better for track use
scott beeland
Just waiting for mine to arrive now. Anyone want a pair of black factory headlights? 51/2 inch or whatever they are. I'll take 'em to stoneleigh. Make me an offer (a good one!
Noel Johnson
Sorry chaps but I don't think these are replacement headlights they're driving lights and only meant to be used as an accessory and a suppliment to your main/full beams - I may be wrong, which has been known, but there will only be enough space in there for 1 bulb.
