Ian Podmore Posted January 9, 2003 Share Posted January 9, 2003 Two things I have regretted from my Zetec / MT75 build. 1. I didn't fit a lightened flywheel 2. I didn't fit a quickshift to the MT75 as the throw is a bit long as standard. Both are easy to do before fitting to the car, but a pain in the afterwards. Best of luck with the build. I will at some point have to do an engine rebuild anyway, so I think the flywheel will wait till then. Quickshift - I'm very tempted to do from the off. Now I need a straight cut, close ratio Type 9 box, LSD, A Mercedes Sprinter Van, A box trailer, crash helmet, Tyre rack for the trailer, MSA licence..... Oh and I need to lose about 4 stone!!!
