Looking into coming up Friday now myself... would leave after tea here and be there about 8:30-9ish then I am there and I don;t have to rush in the morning...

there's always some nice pubs just down the road if it's nasty...

Walk the course? You wont be eating til around midnight then! Its a long way round

Well I might only walk as far as Avon Rise and Quarry Corner, then double back again.

Dont want to entertain Blatman on Saturday too much!

I'm all packed, just waiting now for my mate to finish work for the tow down.  Just hoping it doesn't rain on the way, I don't fancy wet carpets

No idea where to park I'm sure i'll work it out and just see what everyone else has done!
