I found most of my tools on the ground and rained on.b*****ds. Hope their b*****k turn to water. Cant see the point on nicking them coz you can buy a cordless drill for £20 these days in b and q. I would so love to catch them, i would relish busting every one of their fingers multiple times, then crushing the rest of their hands with a sledge hammer. b*****ds. I hate thieves. Hope to calm down by tonight.
slater Posted January 25, 2010 Posted January 25, 2010 We had our van done about five weeks ago, my son (6'2 and an ironman partisipant) heard them and they ran off before he could get outside, managed to pick up the tools they dropped. He walked down the road and plod had the two guys, they had been stopped because probably because it was two in the morning. My son remarked , great that was quick explained to plod what had happened, at that point one of the lads took a step forward and my son broke his nose, squealing like a stuck pig he has now put in a complaint to plod. Plod were great just sent my son home but have warned him that he may face charges. Point being the female officer said I quote its onlystuff. now the last time we were done the (only,) stuff was worth around three grand probably sold in the local pub for a fraction of that, so three grand lost,threegrand to replace time of work because you cant work without it. British justice, bring in Sharia law left hand right foot. Rant over.

Really pleased to hear your boy adjusted his face. Just hope the old bill lose the paperwork. At the end of the day they will get away with it, its a shame we cant cut their hands off. I still have some tools in my box that I bought as an apprentice in 1965, my smoothing plane cost £2, 7s, I was earning £2, 10s a week back then, things like that have been in my life longer than my wife and kids, if that cop woman had said in front of me "it's only stuff" her feet wouldn't have touched the ground

If no one ever bought dodgy kit , there would be a lot less thieving. the barstewards are supplying a ready market for bent gear
