kingofthetwisties Posted January 9, 2008 Posted January 9, 2008 cool occupation so are you the Paul mckenna of the westy world then I wish. I only do it out of interest rather than as an occupation. I have full accrediation, all the required qualifications and am registered and insured through the GHR and GHSC but don't really advertise just do the occasional client through word of mouth. Also get some referals from my local GP. I have a full time job that takes up most of my time. Quote

kingofthetwisties Posted January 9, 2008 Posted January 9, 2008 fookin ell..... I have just done my first run on week two. The first couple of two min sessions were ok but after the third I really struggled. By the time I had finished I could hardly control my legs, looked like one of those dudes that had just run the marathon. Can somebody tell me when this lark starts to get addictive!!! Quote
Bean Posted January 9, 2008 Posted January 9, 2008 Guess I should check what I weigh, but I'm scared! Quote
kingofthetwisties Posted January 9, 2008 Posted January 9, 2008 Guess I should check what I weigh, but I'm scared! Do it at night before you go to bed then again in the morning as soon as you get up. You will have lost up to two pounds overnight. Its a great feeling and gives you the justification for a bacon egg and tomato sandwich for breakfast Quote
