not wanting to sound like a woman but how does your typical food intake compare to what Ive been eating since 1st Jan    :D  :D  :D

typical day is...

get up at 8.30 have breakfast..  weatabix x4 semiskimmed milk (have this every morning for the last 36 years) :durr:

10.00 decaf coffee/semi skimmd

12.30 dinner time  bananna and an apple water

3.00 cup decaf coffee.

5.00 tea time. steamed , carrots/cabbage/beans with couple pieces of meat with mashed potato 50/50 mixed with turnip and a spoon of route mash and peas.. or pasta/low fat sauce  glass water to finish.

daily treat at 6.00pm   1/2 tin of low fat rice pudding (have that every night find it fills me up and only 80 calories)  :t-up:

8.00 handfull of grapes or an orange  if I get the munchies

I wish.

I only do it out of interest rather than as an occupation.

I have full accrediation, all the required qualifications and am registered and insured through the GHR and GHSC but don't really advertise just do the occasional client through word of mouth. Also get some referals from my local GP.

I have a full time job that takes up most of my time.

Diet, ummm, errr.. kinda varies

8am - Low fat Tesco Philadelphia type cheese on toast x 2 for brekkie with two rather large coffees. Need caffeine to kickstart my mind.

12pm - Steak slice and packet of crisps from the sandwich man

2pm - Snacked chicken, pastry type things leftover from training session in the office. More coffee plus can of diet coke

7pm - chicken kebab and chips from local takeaway, currently on 2nd can of Stella. 99% chance I will have two more

Alcohol is my main down fall, oh plus laziness

fookin ell..... :p  :p  :p

I have just done my first run on week two.

The first couple of two min sessions were ok but after the third I really struggled.

By the time I had finished I could hardly control my legs, looked like one of those dudes that had just run the marathon.

Can somebody tell me when this lark starts to get addictive!!! :t-up:

Guess I should check what I weigh, but I'm scared! :0

Do it at night before you go to bed then again in the morning as soon as you get up. You will have lost up to two pounds overnight.

Its a great feeling and gives you the justification for a bacon egg and tomato sandwich for breakfast
