Well done Andy Just been out and completed my second run (week one still 1min - 1 1/2 walk )and although lungs and heart seemed to cope much better , leg muscles struggled this time 30mins seems a long way away and impossible at this point in time Quote

kingofthetwisties Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 Just got back from my second run of the year. I feel like Frankenstein's monster. I have the mind of a 20 year old The looks of a 40 year old (my age ish) The body of a 50 year old The internal organs of a 70 year old and as I am finding out through the running the knees of dead bloke. Day off tomorrow and hit it again on monday.......... Quote
