Err... chucked the scales out :blush:

Weight is good, static and I'm quite fit.

Still got a rather large (read huge) weakness for alcohol :bangshead:

I'm aiming to do an 8k run in Decmeber for the local dogs home. Still not started training yet but have definitely lost weight by watching what I eat. Got the weights out of the garage last night...

I need to loose a stone so it's off to the docs for some surgery, Mrs L says she's sick of the size of it so I am having him reduced . :p  :p

Oh and when they have finished with the poorly ankle I might get to the gym :blush:  :blush:

1/1/8     deffo 13st 5lbs

2/4/8     deffo 12st 2lbs

31/8/8   about 12st 5lbs

1/12/8   about 12st 7lbs

1/1/9     deffo 12st 13.5lbs

Spent 2008 just dieting (or not :blush::D) and am awaiting xmas period to be truly over before I begin the chocolate/ lager/ etc... resistance work.

Hadn't done any significantly consistent exercise for about the last decade.

Have been playing 5aside once a week for a few weeks now and have now started running (small distances at the moment) but have booked myself in to run the Derby 10k on April 19th 2009 - anyone else fancy having a go? :t-up:

Will be conscious of the fact that muscle is 3 times heavier than fat, but still, I'm setting a target of getting below 12st this year - anyone fancy offering odds on that? :p

cant be arsed with the gym or running to much pain on me knees and back so have spent the last 9 months on a healthy diet and weight is staying off and a 1lb gain over xmas is a result as ive been giving the choccys some hammer  :blush:  :oops:  :durr:  :D  :D

swmbo went back to the gym this morn and she said it was full of new faces , pretty usual but they normally had enough by Feb  :D  :D

Gave up running, finally admitted I hate it with a passion.

Hit the gym 2-3 times a week, don't eat as much crap but still like the odd drink or two. :oops:

Fit in my standard body Westfield quite comfortably so can't be all that bad. :)

88kg and fit enough to run round a squash court for 1.5 hours :t-up:
