12st 8lb this am, boy how I miss bread (but not, funnily enough and to my surprise, alcohol) :t-up:

Not weighed myself in a while, last weigh in was around 13 stone 12 pounds.

Just got back from a sport relief one mile run, round the business park at work. :) For which I just treated my team to take out from Dominos :0  :laugh:

Had a week on holidays in the sun and only put on 2lb, so happy with that. Still struggling witht the 14stone barrier though. Belt is a notch tighter though so something is happening!

Last week at Gym and Ive been a bit lazy dropped to twice a week, still eating carefully and not missing biscuits or chocolate and no hunger pangs ever now but have to say when the kiddies are tucking into a Pizza its hard to resist  :0  :0

weight staying at 12.13lbs so happy bunny  :)  :t-up:

never did manage to run for 30 mins due to knees and back ache  :down:  :zzz:  :zzz:

7 weeks and I'm hopefully I'm up to 13.1 miles - we'll see on Sunday!

I guess the fact I was pretty active before helped but even then going up in miles quickly can be a pain when it comes to injuries - I think they reckon 3% per week or less in some regimes!

Currently quite nervous as my malicious friends are trying to sponsor me based on time to ensure I'm in pain at the finish   ;) Aiming for a 1:45 but I suspect it'll be more like 2 hrs... Just need to attach my transponder to one of those Kenyan fellas at the front and my pals should be well out of pocket :D

Bath Half here I come!  :D

Ran twice last week and I've been busy doing DIY round the house. :)

Just over 13.5 stone, mainly due to a bout of food poisoning :blush: I wouldn't recommend it as a weight loss tip :bangshead:

12st 6lb this am, post morning cuppa and breakfast and before the more involving daily impurity removal.

Still no exercise, all of this on avoiding (as much as possible) crap food and eating reasonable portions (instead of the developed world portions we're all now used to).

That's also despite the 4 beers I had on Saturday evening and the Shiraz I've been consuming over the past couple of days as well.

Not that it's the be all and end all, but according to BMI, I have just crept back into being a healthy weight for my height.

What's the betting I pop my clogs tomorrow? :D:D:D

Too scared to weigh myself recently, got over a bout of food poisoning last week followed by a stinking cold beginning of this week.

Six slice of pizzas for lunch today, bacon sarnie for dinner with easter egg for pudding. On my third can of Guinness  :oops:

Got down to 12st 3lb just before Croft, then Andy & Elaine Rushworth force fed me beer all weekend and I'm back up to 12st 6lb...pah

Started out 3 months ago, 16st 10lbs, bit a a fat b*****d, started running 400m runs and progressing, 3 months later, I'm running 5 miles, 5 times a week and have lost 14lbs.

Quite happy with myself considering I have not done much exercise since my twenties!

packed gym in 4 months ago, fitness has dropped back considerably but still eating healthily and suprisingly  still loosing weight, down to 12 1/2 clem now  :suspect:  :suspect:

not had chance to read all the thread, but good luck to all those doing it

always happy to pass on any tips about weight loss and the gym from my 20 years plus of training

just ought to practise more of what i preach of late  :devil:

I wobble between 12st3 and 12st6 on a regular basis. No exercise. Still aiming to break back into 11st at some point.

Not been running in ages, still fit in the narrow body Westie though. :p

Weight has remained static.
