Steve R Posted March 15, 2007 Posted March 15, 2007 **********SOLD*********** I'm sure I'll regret this , but here goes... 2006 Westfield Megablade (900cc) • Westfield quoted 0-60 time of 4.1 seconds • 6-speed sequential gearbox (clutchless upshifts) • Fully corner weighted at just 420kg unladen (approx 300bhp/ton) • Guaranteed to turn heads, even amongst other Westfields • Classic Gulf Racing colour scheme • As featured in the 2007 Westfield Sportscars / Se7en Imaging calendar! Meticulous build by professional Automotive Engineer & WSCC member - no expense has been spared in building a top quality example (much better than factory-built IMHO!) with great attention to detail throughout. This is not your typical Megablade, having been built with a large amount of upgrades from new, it has cost me many £1000's to build. I can supply build photos on request. If you are considering buying a cheaper Megablade and upgrading parts you will save much time and money buying this one instead. See spec list below for more detail and to get an idea of some of the main upgrade prices. New mechanical components were used throughout (except for bare minimum of engine components to qualify for a pre-'95 emissions test). Registered on an '06' plate last summer, so no MoT required until 2009 and cheap road tax due to engine size. It could also be easily converted to Hayabusa power with off-the-shelf parts available from Westfield if required. It has covered approximately 2200 dry and very pampered miles. These have been mostly road miles - I have taken part in only two track days and one sprint school. Servicing has been carried out using top quality oil and genuine Honda parts. The time has come for a new project, perhaps something with 4 wheels or maybe bricks and mortar! £11950 Call Steve on 07718 629202 (evenings & weekends) or PM me on here.
