Terry Everall
You will be fine. Just remember to lift off a bit over the "mountain" or you may be spat out sideways into the barrier Good entry of Westys now I believe See you there
JeffC
been reading up on cadwell and to be honest, i'm looking forward to it but i'm bricking it. almost as much as the trip to the dentist tomorrow for 5 teeth out I did it for the first time last year , and was canny intimidated first session and went round it with my armbands on ! by the afternoon I was buzzing, the track is awesome, you will be right just take it steady at first and build up or just follow Andrew he goes at a steady pace

Phil. S
been reading up on cadwell and to be honest, i'm looking forward to it but i'm bricking it. almost as much as the trip to the dentist tomorrow for 5 teeth out The first bend is the real test. I was crap at this throughout the day last September. Everytime I went into it I told myself "you don't need to lift. You don't need to lift" and then would promptly lift. I'd then realise that I could have gone round the bend faster and repeat the same cycle.... all day! (In the first few sessions I was braking and lifting) It was my first track day in the Westfield though. Actually it was my first track day in a rear wheel drive car. I found this site really helful. There are some good in car videos as well. Have fun. You'll love it!
