Based as a daily driver (although working from home with 6K annual milage) on a budget of £25,000... ???  ???  ???

I suppose another option is an 2002 BMW M3 M3 2dr Coupe

Bonus of the older cars is very low depriciation if slightly higher maintenance costs. :t-up:

A large part of me wanted to vote for the NSX, but the 993 is just too

Nsx you don't see that many of em about and Honda reliability ...

Yeah, it's very close with the Honda & the Porka!

on looks alone the 993 was and i reckon still is  the best looking porka ever made, but the drive is shocking and interior dated though imho. for my money it would be a 996 porka.. supercar looks but drives like a modern bmw you could use one every day and not tire ... drove my pals 996 blower was very impressive as a road car...

M3 very good value for money at mo ,avoid that daft gearbox and make sure its a 6 speed manual  :t-up:

Porsche would be the best daily driver, parking and narrow lanes easier than an NSX too but I must admit to liking the Honda quite a bit  :t-up:

Elise is a nice car but it's no Porsche or NSX....IMHO - nice to have the choice though  ;)  :p

Can't decide.

Porka no NSX no Porka no NSX no.......

Aaaaaaaarrrrrrgh  :bangshead:

Glad I don't have to make the decision I can't even bring myself to vote.

Sorry

Would this be to replace the 330D   ???  ???

Now an NSX tow car that would be

I suspect that the Porka would be more practical, but for me, it would be the NSX if for no other reason than the sound of the 3.0 V6 in VTEC. :t-up: MmmMmm

Plenty of Nobles at around that price. Check Autotrader...

Not much (well, none) luggage space, but who cares

Off that list though, NSX. Porkkas are 10 a penny, every nouveau yuppie has one. Same can't be said of the NSX...

It's times like these when Im grateful for allowing the SWMBO to choose the tin-top, that way I dont have difficult choices like these.... ;);)

However FWIW, Elise out-classed by both others, drove a NSX the other day and it felt like a supercar should .... big, heavy, and impractible but you have to que with the civic/Jazz owners at the dealers!!.

The porka however, well its a Porsche, thats enougth for me :D:D

Have a read on the Porsche forum on Pistonheads, that should steer you away from the Porsche, and I thought they were reliable with a good dealer network.

Honda to good and boring.

Go for the Elise.

Better still go for a late plate Griff.

Or how about an Audi RS4 estate, what a Q car.

:D  :D     ...but not as a daily driver.....

So make it a slightly cheaper Griff and an old banger. :D

Or how about a nice V8S, and I'll buy the Griff. :D    :D

Like the Maser but a bit thirsty.

How about an E55 AMG.
