Buzz Billsberry Posted April 30, 2002 Posted April 30, 2002 The build up to the start of F1 is reasonably good but the race itself is CRAP All the usual boring, snooze type M25 racing. Altho' thing's seem 2 have bucked up a bit with Montoya giving 'Red Eric' a hugh chunk of his own german medicine. With regards to James Allan is not a muppett, they were funny and highly entertaining he's more of a 'nugget'. You need also 2 look at a lot of the driver's personalities. They are so over professional with gaurded answers to quite simple questions. They all could do with an enama, That might slacken there butts off and make them smile At least Ayton Senna after a rumble with another car would get out of his and knack the other driver!! and did it with a smile! I must admit the Fed-Ex CART(Championship Auto Racing Teams) championship is much more entertaining 2 watch, with wide slicks, 1000 BHP, 230Mph, pitstops, and now with the latest camera position in the helmet of Dario Francitti (scottish as you probably gathered from his name). Its actually at the side of his left eye and you are seeing what his view is out of the helmet. It makes fanatastic viewing plus the major factor over F1... lots of over taking!! Yes I know there's the ovals etc but once you get into them you realise they're not boring plus how technically challanging they are 4 the drivers. Anyway if you haven't seen it give it a try. The street races are superb. Oh yes the drivers have personalities... well a part from Mario Andretti who's just a miserable whingin' git Sky Sports 2/3 Buzz Quote
