The Northants Area now has a 6mx3m Big Gazebo / Small Marquee which would be ideal for Donington if we are in our usual space. Garry (Bunn) are you doing anything at this show? Quote

Garry Bunn - Derby & Notts Joint AO Posted September 14, 2005 Posted September 14, 2005 I was thinking the other day, when I found the booking form from Limelight, about a club presence at the show. We could do with a poll to give a rough idea how big an area we need to reserve. It has been on the same weekend as Ty-Croes sprints for the past few years, at the beginning of September. So its difficult to forsee numbers/conditions mid October. I was told there is no track day this year but looking at the link it seems there is. I will have a chat with Limelight and see how the land lies. More to follow.... Garry Quote

Garry Bunn - Derby & Notts Joint AO Posted September 14, 2005 Posted September 14, 2005 OK..........IMPORTANT STUFF Spoke to Sally at Limelight. - There is a track day on Sunday, details to follow(probably Thursday). - There will be no kit cars outside the exhibition hall this year. All kit cars will be on the infield area, access will be via the top tunnel. This will be good unless it rains. - No tin tops on the infield (maybe a couple per club to get club stuff on to the stands) - We will be able to set up our area on Friday pm. - I have reserved an area for up to 50 cars, although I said if the weather is bad it could be far fewer. - Just realised I didn't ask about camping, will get details on this.
