I have never stayed in hotels quite so poorly managed, decorated, maintained or serviced in my life.. I once likened one of them to a £10 B&B in Blackpool to the Managing Director of Quality... except the B&B would have had a good breakfast. Had to stay in a few since and they have not improved.
