Loose rear end

Independant of course,
The reason I asked is cos I had a similar handling problem.

I agree with the other posts about tyre pressures and shocks, but if the rear end is not toeing in or indeed pointing down the centre line of the car you may have some of the loosness (oversteer?) you have felt.
