Buzz Billsberry Posted September 25, 2004 Posted September 25, 2004 As its now getting to Autumn me and a couple mates have now started back into our winter obsession... off road MTB, but none of this riding to the shops and back but proper getting covered in crap and bruises. I've just got me self a new soft tail Marin plus we have a new addition to the team which I think you hard core MTBer's will be into take a look at my new ride! I luv this sport..a part from the cold, wind, damp, bruises, dislocations, broken bones, the people I ride with, the places we go, the people I meet, preparation to get there, the bike, the stupid clothes I have to where, It really does p*** me off the amount of time I waste on this sport!! stu999 Posted September 25, 2004 Posted September 25, 2004 You sure you picked the right bike up Buzz? That soft tail looks quite firm to me... Quote

johnnystorm Posted September 25, 2004 Posted September 25, 2004 Soft tail? Its like doing Track days in a Merc Sunn Urge XC Un in Team colours for me. Unlike cars if it ain't steel it ain't real. I'd have to give that bird the *thumbs down* as well, thats a nasty bike, shes wearing 'orrible shoes, its got a mudguard goodness me, and are those Tatoos? Yuk! Quote
pistonbroke Posted September 25, 2004 Posted September 25, 2004 If theres such a thing as re incarnation You might come back as a bike saddle ! Quote
JasonR Posted September 25, 2004 Posted September 25, 2004 Buzz, Nice addition to the team. Personally I wouldn't ride with anybody who had reflectors on their pedals, but if they they look like that I could probably turn a blind eye for once. BTW I have a Kinesis Maxlight xc pro. Hardtail it is the only way to ride! Quote

Mark Stanton Posted September 26, 2004 Posted September 26, 2004 I've heard that Buzz prefers riding things much hairier than the current model and her ears are far too short for him to hang on to another carrot perhaps Quote
