The Clio is quick and comfortable, but I can't wait until the Westy is on the road because they are so much quicker. As for insurance £2K for the Clio and around £500 for the Westy. 21, 0 NCB, 0 Points, 0 Claims. In an ideal world you should get them both. Yeah, and they banned lazers, that's what you want, an auto lazer gun ontop of your car, no wee pond life would try and nick it then! Its all relative, once they are past their initial depreciation you wont lose much money on a Caterham or a Westfield. mynickers Posted August 21, 2004 Author Share Posted August 21, 2004 Thanks again everyone for all the advice, I am still really interested in one, but after getting my credit history recently, I decided I can't be arsed borrowing £6k, so gonna save, which does delay things a bit. But I am hoping I can hire one once in a while, and do a few pay to play track days to keep the frustration from getting to me.. But who knows my resolve might faulter and i might go to my bank manager and get a loan.
