That is what I was doing Hedley and it doesn't work anymore for me. It used to which is weird. I found another way though so all is good.

Otherwise there is the Warwick track day at Curborough I think mentioned by Martyn - this is a very friendly well organised day, can recommend as have attended many times.

 

As @Rusty Nuts says, the Curborough guys are great. 

 

I did one of the "Introduction to Sprinting" sessions there a couple of years ago. Very informative and enjoyable, I had some laps as a passenger in the instructors stripped Clio 182 before taking him out in my Westfield to get some tips.

 

There's always help on here too, for instance @Alex Gaskin volunteered (well, maybe I nagged him a little!) to give me a few pointers round Donington which was brilliant as he is a very competitive driver in the Sprint Series. The circuit was damp and I was on semi slicks but it was really useful to get his feedback on my driving (although I did take him for a trip to the very scenic beach at Coppice at one point 😂😂).
