See you there chaps.

7.45am at Illminster Services

8.30am at Tesco Cullompton

Gave the car a little wash at lunchtime so it looks nice and shiny tomorrow 😊. I’ll bring the half hood but hopefully no need for it looking at the forecast 🤞

Very nice and shiny!

I don't think I'll have the time for much beauty treatment. I'll make sure I don't smell, but the car will probably fairly filthy.

When I cleaned it before the Lynton&Lynmouth Car Festival it ended up sprayed in muck everywhere before I arrived - Devon roads ...

See you tomorrow at Tesco!

Great to meet you all lovely people!

Thank you for organising, Stuart!

Hope everyone got home safe & sound. I even stayed dry, just a bit of sea mist over Exmoor.

Excellent morning, thanks all for coming along. It was really good to meet you all, familiar faces plus plenty of new ones.

Some pics and videos of today. I’ll see if there is anything on my Insta360 although it wasn’t behaving very well so I think it missed quite a lot ☹️.

For those who weren’t there, I met Matt, Adge and Rory (who came down from Bristol) at Illminster Services, then Matt led us on a very nice route over the Blackdown Hills to meet the others at Tesco Cullompton, before heading into Re:Fuel. We had ten Westies and a Mini which was an excellent turnout. After a very nice breakfast and a natter, Adge then headed a group of six of us on a little tour north ending at Ralegh’s Cross Inn for a warming cuppa. We then all headed home our different ways;  I went back to Crewkerne via Taunton, ending at just over 100 miles for the day.

Thanks all 👍

Whose is the orange Westie at the Shell Station with the full cage? I like the roof or whatever the correct term is. Does it actually keep you dry in rain without a windscreen?

I will have to see that sometime especially as we both call our car by the same name! @Matt_S

It’s a home made hood, works quite well in the rain but only when I have my temporary windscreen fitted 👍🏼
