Surely the weather can change a whole 4 weeks in advance 

Always found umbrellas useless popup gazebo work much better and cover a much larger area and you will have somewhere nice and dry to eat your sandwiches and drink your ginger ale

Depends if you can't carry a pop up gazebo in your Westfield. Then an umbrella is advantageous when God takes a wee on you
