Steve (sdh2903)
If you have 7" rims get a set of the Michelin ps3s in 195 50 15. The ex ginetta sets are just scrubbed in and a complete bargain. Send the toyos to be recycled into playground chippings. Best place for them. IMO the ps3 are the best all season road tyres. Yes they arent as grippy as an 888 or ns2r in the warm and dry, but if your using the car in all weathers and temps they are great. My car has 220 bhp at the wheels and they cope just fine.

To sell to the masses, and leave the old sizes to the small manufactures. Toyo, Uniroyal. Didn't Uniroyal make tyres for the allegro? Eh? 195 50 15 are one of most common sizes. Loads of choice. If you've got 8J rear wheels 205s are ok,too big for 7J fronts though and not needed on our light cars front end anyway!

Richard (OldStager)
lol, no i just hate throwing stuff away, what you can't see in that photo is a slightly rusty but very dented rear bumper from a rover p5, which now is going to see it's days out as a planter as well.

I've got a set of these from @Lee Bennett, brilliant all year tyre; though I do switch to 888 for track days.
