Paul Hurdsfield - Joint Manchester AO
We are planning a run starting with breakfast at 9.00am at:- Sycamore Farm Liverpool Road Burnley BB12 6HH half a mile from jct 9 M65 or 1 mile jct 10 Plenty of parking. After brekkie Jim will lead us on a route around the Lancashire moors/Yorkshire Dales (route to be decided) I will be heading south at 12noon to get home for the F1, but if enough people want to carry on Jim is happy to lead further. I intend to open this out to NWKCOG in the hope we can get a good rapport with them for future combined events. All are welcome, Kit cars, sports cars, and tin tops. The meeting point is within easy reach of Manchester, Lancashire and West Yorkshire. Please help us break general apathy that seems to have set in during Covid. This is a car club, lets drive. Please lets us know if you intend to come

Paul Hurdsfield - Joint Manchester AO
I'm trying to add this to the local events calendar but it's greyed out, can anyone help? @Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Secretary @John Dolan - Chairman
Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman
You have to be an AO or an Admin, Paul, to add an event. Have added it based on the first post in this thread, @Paul Hurdsfield can you check I've got the details correct? Ta.

Paul Hurdsfield - Joint Manchester AO
Today three WSCC members in Westfield’s met in Burnley for breakfast, there was. Pink Jim, plus Julie. Bernie Darwin (Pistonbroke) and myself. it was like an over 70s reunion. After breakfast Jim led us on a scenic route to Settle, where we stopped in the usual car park. There we met a friendly Caterham driver (yes they do exist) he asked where we were going and we told him Ribblehead, he asked if he could join us, we said yes, why not? after all we are the “friendly “ club aren’t we? At Ribblehead I headed south through Ingleton, Slaidburn, and Clitheroe to home in time for the F1. Jim then led the others to Hawes and onward. Breakfast meet up. Settle with Caterham. Ribblehead. Anyone fancy a Pink Jim?
