Hi all,

I have been lurking a while with one or two posts and have decided finally, to join the club.

I will🤞 be taking ownership of my first westfield (or kitcar for that matter) on Sunday!!

Very exciting and also a little apprehensive as these cars have been a distant dream for much of my early years.

Anyhow I will be asking lots of daft questions, but I promise I will search first (for the do a searchers), this is not my first car club forum lol.

I don't want to jinx Sunday, but maybe there are others in the cambs area who have a social meet up maybe drive out now things are opening??

Hi Boftus. Would be great to see pictures of your car.

I have been on here a few years and I don't think I can every recall anyone saying "do a search"

It really is a friendly place.

Welcome @Boftus , to the club and the forum. As @Geoffrey Carter (Buttercup) says, I haven't seen a post that said 'have you done a search?' either, so post away when you get the car. Is the car one that was owned by a member ?, it may be known to some already if it is.

Once we do the deal on Sunday and it's mine, I will take some pics to post.

Want it in the garage first😄

It as actually a member on here I am buying from although he tells me he doesn't get on here as much these days.

The guy is called Paul Aspden, apparently been on here for years.

This is the current car I guess, rescued from storage by Paul, and (all things going to plan) updated/modernised by me...

Welcome, Cambridgeshire is Big area. Whereabouts are you?

Have a look at the Member Map at the top of the Web page, it'll show some of the other members in your area.
