I wondered if anyone would get my post from last night, hehehe.

 I did have all of his books in audio format narrated by Adam's himself until a computer crash,  a sadly missed author.

I felt sorry for the specially selected herberts that had to tell the world it was 42..... but then again I’d also like a pair of Zaphods glasses, instant blackout in the presence of danger.... perfect for any blat....

My favourite theory is that in ASCii text 42 is the decimal value for the * symbol.

In computing the * is a wildcard value and means "anything"
