2nd year went with another insurer encounter a few hassles.

3rd year back to A plan, still waiting for my documents 3 weeks later.

( i hope I'm not exhibiting to much aggressive/abusive nature here).

Are you expecting them by post or electronically? I

 

've been getting mine electronically and discussed my House insurance renewal with them this week and once they'd confirmed all my details etc, a renewal quote was put into my electronic vault (I received an e-mail within minutes of hanging up to advise it was there). I accessed the document vault with my previous username and password without issues etc.

 

If by post, perhaps it's been delayed/lost due to the ongoing industrial action. We do seem to have more copies of Westfield World MIA currently too.

 

Either way, give the Thatcham branch a call and I'm sure they'll resend.

Wow! A-Plan have failed to match my renewal which has been the same for the 4 years or so in a row! 😱

 

 

It's gone down £8! Impressive given inflation is circa 11%.😀

Not only did my premium reduce from last year - no, no haggling required - I also received a further refund after paying because I forgot to mention my WSCC membership.

Chloe Hill from A-Plan didn't need me to wait on the line, A-Plan didn't charge me an admin fee, they just sorted it for me.

Just got insurance for the Westy, Camper and MX5 all sorted with the help of Callum King (no relation!)

 

Excellent service and beat the competition's renewal quote.

 

Callum went the extra mile too - rather than just settling for the price we had agreed, he came back with a reduced figure after discovering another saving.

And Chloe Hill has just sorted out my renewal for the Mega S2000S; no increase over last years insurance premium, which I'm pleased about! Though the recovery and legal cover are up a bit.
