Printing options I am looking at aren’t cheap, but finish FDM offer is far better than layering print options. You pay your money and take your choice. hobby printing, unlikely to fit build footprint available. I expect to pay just over £100, but will be good oem almost quality. Andy
Andy (Sycho) Posted December 13, 2020 Posted December 13, 2020 Hi, sorry had a look first this morning but couldn’t find all the the former & been at work all day. I’ll have another look tomorrow but here’s the mesh & finished look. managed to to find the formers. router both edges so it can be turned over for the opposite hand vent. cut out of 9mm ply Just lay mesh over & press form in. easy as that👍 1

Not sure if the front one may need a bit of tweaking on your bonnet as you can see on the former mine is a bit wonky, but yours may be the same. Let me know if you want me to post you a set.
Ian Kinder (Bagpuss) - Joint Peak District AO Posted December 13, 2020 Posted December 13, 2020 @Andy (Sycho)There's been a lot of bodywork supplier changes in recent years, hence I'd not be too sure, yours would fit without tweaks. Why not lend your kit to him?
Andy (Sycho) Posted December 13, 2020 Posted December 13, 2020 @Ian Kinder (Bagpuss) - Joint Peak District AO Yeah I realise that & offered Iain to send me some paper templates, but his apertures aren’t cut out so he’s going to cut them out to suit the grills. 1
