NigelO Posted May 25, 2020 Posted May 25, 2020 I have to admit to being a little bit OCD - I like neatness and consistency, so I've spent quite a bit of time getting my garage "just right" (except that it never will be - there will always be something I could do to improve it...). It was actually just a carport, but I built up side walls between the carport supports and stuck a door on the end. I even went to town a bit with my power tool storage (I'm wondering if I have a bit of a thing for yellow & black....) 4 1 Quote
Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman Posted May 25, 2020 Posted May 25, 2020 Very neat! Are those colour coded bungees hanging on the garage door? in which case, you're right, you've got it bad! 1 Quote

IainCameron Posted May 25, 2020 Posted May 25, 2020 @NigelO... you need to get out more! Having said that, I really need to tidy up more.... Fancy a trip to Shropshire to do a bit of bungee sorting? 1 Quote
Man On The Clapham Omnibus Posted May 25, 2020 Posted May 25, 2020 I'd have a set of those wheels roller trays for mine except that the floor slopes, the drive slopes more, and the car would end up down the back garden and dug into the shed wall! Quote
Mike424u Posted May 25, 2020 Posted May 25, 2020 Garage floor painting to seal to prevent the concrete dust. 3 Quote

The tidier you make it, someone else will put a non car focused item in it's place such as gardening tools/products! 🤔 1 2 Quote
Man On The Clapham Omnibus Posted May 25, 2020 Posted May 25, 2020 Frame grab from the garage cctv. It's even less tidy than it looks! 2 Quote
McFrancis Posted May 25, 2020 Posted May 25, 2020 30 minutes ago, CraigHew said: In need of a tidy up (non-car clutter encroaching). To avoid this problem I use the 4 point tip system. 1. Unwanted item arrives in garage, the clock is started. 2. After 1 week of non-movement the unwanted item is moved to an inconvenient location in garage. 3. After 2 weeks if the unwanted item is still untouched it moved to a hidden location in the garage. 4. After 1 month of being hidden and not claimed, it gets a free trip to the tip. The item has now become a deniable. 1 Quote
