Steve (sdh2903) Posted February 20, 2020 Posted February 20, 2020 Good luck. I had a 10 week wait for a '4 week' order. I'd paid up front and when I said to cancel they denied they'd been paid. Only threatening to get the bank involved made them refund. Terrible company. As adam says if it's available elsewhere then definitly a better option. Quote

I have a lot of patience for small companies, but over 2 weeks without any reply is bad even if they are understaffed. Something as simple as an automatic reply to emails, or a voicemail is all that is needed to keep customers confidence. This kind of customer service scares people away and worse, can give them a bad reputation. 2 Quote

It was a new manufacturing process then it was an IT failure in my case. I imagine that you as a company making multiple orders have a much better relationship with them. However they treat the average punter like crap. Quote
