When we got up this morning it was just too hot boo hoo, 41 this aft 🥵 struggled to stay outside for any length of time without ducking into shops with aircon , couldn’t really walk in direct sunshine! Our cars were hitting temps of 100 yesterday normal driving never mind the ring, it’s a bit disappointing as it was on our bucket list , we will visit tomorrow for a butchers though on our way to our last hotel stop in Belgium. Marcus Barlow - Show and Events Co-ordinator Posted July 26, 2019 Author Share Posted July 26, 2019 Second to last leg of our tour today and we have arrived in Diest , Belgium. we stopped off at the ring for a bit of spectating and at our viewing point a BMW had spun, hit the kerb and blew a tyre, the man driving had phoned his wife who came round with a spare wheel which he changed and was off again. It has still been very hot but we were blessed with a lovely refreshing shower just before arrival at the hotel which we just drove through with roof still off to cool off.
