When we got up this morning it was just too hot boo hoo, 41 this aft 🥵 struggled to stay outside for any length of time without ducking into shops with aircon , couldn’t really walk in direct sunshine! Our cars were hitting temps of 100 yesterday normal driving never mind the ring, it’s a bit disappointing as it was on our bucket list , we will visit tomorrow for a butchers though on our way to our last hotel stop in Belgium. Marcus Barlow - Show and Events Co-ordinator Posted July 26, 2019 Author Posted July 26, 2019 Second to last leg of our tour today and we have arrived in Diest , Belgium. we stopped off at the ring for a bit of spectating and at our viewing point a BMW had spun, hit the kerb and blew a tyre, the man driving had phoned his wife who came round with a spare wheel which he changed and was off again. It has still been very hot but we were blessed with a lovely refreshing shower just before arrival at the hotel which we just drove through with roof still off to cool off. Thunderstorms now at the hotel so roofs on for tomorrow’s last leg to Zebrugge 6 Quote
