Heads up re MOT for your kit

I did argue that and stated that surely this trumps all the other “kit car” notices.

Yes he must have thought they were single - but either way it passed!

I'm glad it passed but it does indicate the problems across the MOT industry when a tester does not know what may be a testable item or not and cannot ascertain whether a vehicle has single or dual circuit brakes. The second point is critical when carrying out brake performance testing as the procedure and the measured limits are different and therefore the result of the test may be incorrect!
