Followed Content no longer emailing?

As the title really, for example I follow the parts for sale page but it has stopped emailing me new content. I’ve un-followed and started from new but it still isn’t sending. 

Im receiving other emails and there’s nothing in my spam folder. 

Any ideas???

Hi Dave 

I had the same problem, it will be going in your spam , @Chris King - Webmaster and Joint North East AO

Advised just to alter spam settings

That’s odd - but I’m currently adding in some settings to the recently changed email system and this may help. 

 

It it could take up to 48hrs to take effect and then I’ll be in the USA for a family bereavement so might be end of the month before I get a chance to properly investigate I’m afraid.

Ok thanks Chris. I will log into my mail via the laptop (rather than using the app) to check it isn’t auto deleting or something strange, but definitely not appearing in my spam.

I did add in a load of recommended DBS records, so that will have improved things. 

 

Family matters take over at the weekend when I fly to Florida - right now I’m available but sporadically rather busy 👍
