Blatman Posted October 20, 2018 Posted October 20, 2018 So you can have a line, it's just not a fast line. See if BT are looking at installing fibre by checking here: https://www.homeandbusiness.openreach.co.uk/fibre-broadband/when-can-i-get-fibre?utm_source=Openreach+Splashpage&utm_medium=when+can+I+get+fibre+link Quote
maurici Posted October 20, 2018 Author Posted October 20, 2018 Well 3mb in this days with barely 300kb of upload, is the same as nothing. My gf server app that she uses to work wasnt eve able to load with next door line. Our post code is not even recognized by this open reach seeker. They are building a few states around us, much bigger, so i guess we'll have to wait a few years till everything settles and guess we'll be included on the plans. However, now that we have unlimited hotspot, i cant see the point. 4g coverage is sooo good in my area, that having a perfecrlt stable 30mb down and 15 as upload, is pretty much sorted us for no extra cost.
