Run out over the peaks in the 30C heat- a bit too hot for me.

Got a passenger view of Chesterfield from East Moor.

 

Then we did a bit of cleaning and polishing before the kids decided to pretend to drive it.

Scotland East coast to west coast on Sat via Perth, Crieff, Glen Coe, Oban, Loch Awe. 270 miles covered.It was sunny when we left, without the hood! Met a couple of Lotus guys on the way over one of which still owns a Westie.

Westfield Power - we went for a ride and Wife wanted to visit local bakery etc shop. Was closed but when Lady saw Westfield - she opened for us

Not this time - left the Westie at home in favour of the TR. We stopped there on the way back from Angouleme Circuit des Remparts.

So after seeing @itsagoodalifecarbon exhaust surround, I enquired where it was from. Since I have been in constant dialogue with AJM Designs refining my template.

 

After several weeks, the finished surround arrived in the post today.

 

I think it finishes off the exhaust exit hole nicely, particularly as my car has had a different engine and exhaust over the years which had resulted in a rather unsightly hole!
