Early start this morning to meet @Ian Kinder (Bagpuss) - Joint Peak District AO before everyone turned up.

 

Since owning a Westfield, there seems to be a theme of me meeting people in secluded car parks 😂

Early start, over Dunkery Hill to Porlock for a coffee stop then back home via Lynton mostly B roads to avoid the traffic, around 160 miles and 4.5 hours driving.

Watch out for Westfield regular wishbone brackets + slick tyres !

(Brakcet snapped during turn, no bumps etc I assume long term metal fatique + slick for many years before my driving this car, will add more info in Tech topic later ) 

 

EDIT :  but before that quite fun driving learning new dog straight cut  gearbox !

Very jealous, the A39 (when it's quiet) from Porlock to Linton and the B roads around Exmoor are some of the best roads in the country in my humble opinion.
