Wow, you've done an amazing job, you have some serious glass fibre skills!

Beautiful looking car, hard to believe it's 25 years old!

It looks great! Very tidy. And I'm well impressed that you have done so much of it yourself. At some stage in sure I'll upgrade my seats and I like the look of your boot cover, but I won't be making them myself!

Fantastic work and a credit to you. With skills like those, I'm surprised you even bothered to source anything...it looks as though you could make anything you want.

Those seat look fabulous...good enough to give up the day job lol...

Mart.

Really nice work mate, impressive. I've literally just started the refresh of my '95 SE this week and this is great food for thought.

That looks amazing! As has been said already, you would not think that car is 25 years old! Great skills, you should be very proud, and you have kept the whole ethos of kit car ownership alive by being able to say " I made that!"

And I still wish it was mine.... 😁

Great car and fantastic skills, well done!

Also, the work you have undertaken to update your car would make a great article for the magazine if you could send it to the editor!

Thanks for all your kind comments.

I wasn't sure if people would really appreciate another classic clamshell car being updated but I just couldn't sell this and buy a newer one as it has so much sentimental value to me.

Time to start thinking about engine choices now.

I don’t see any issue changing a car that you love into something you want it to be - especially when it is done with taste and skill.
