2017 WSCC Calendar

Have you put your new calendar on display today? Isn't it brill? Mine is in the kitchen next to my new glass chopping board of my Westfield.

Firstly Wendy has managed to photograph Westfield's finest on the front cover (Stu's car). Turn over to January and ABC is in action on the big page, followed by Andrew Lowe's car in Snowdownia, that car is up for sale btw. Our next generation of Westfield owners, Andrew Wilson has captured a lovely shot of the pre-lit and of Robin Red Spider's car heading the parade lap at Silverstone, finished off by the 4th Andrew and a great track action shot.

Wow, it's only January. I couldn't have chosen better, well done WSCC.

I never got the car finished in time for this years calendar, but have a new mankini and hope to get a decent 'spread' for next years !!

TJ, I think you will find that there is a definite outright ban on mankini's, it's the rules I am afraid. I don't know if your lycra cycling shorts will be allowed though!!

Moving quickly on, I have found Mr H's August picture of the very prestigious Speed Series winning car, but I can't see the others?? It's no hardship to have another look through all these lovely pictures though.

Don't forget dates for Silverstone classic have changed from those shown in the calendar - they are now July 28-30 2017 (not 21st to 23)

Thanks for the reminder Marcus, I will be booking my Premier Inn in the next week or so and I need to get the dates right.

Them Premier inns are horrible to stay in, Ive heard some of them even have rats....... you need to camp with us fine people

Ha, your soohh funny, but seriously thank you for the invite, I don't seem to have a lower limit on the discomfort scale where a car is concerned, but at the end of the day I need a big comfy bed with a nice en-suite. I hope to give the air conditioning some hammer because I believe it is going to be at least 30 degrees all weekend, ha, my turn to be soohh funny

You have to pay extra for the rats and book in advance.
