Morning

I was looking for a copy for a copy of the terms and conditions for use of the forum, but cant find them, can anyone point me in the right direction?

I've seen the terms when you log in, but they seem a little short so im assuming there are more....

I'm trying to figure out how to make them only appear at the bottom of the home page.  The current setup means if I turn them on, it appears at the top of every forum section I select, which might get a touch irritating.

Any particular thing in the T and Cs you need to know or clarify?

And in the interim if an easy fix can't be found to re-add the link to the bottom over every page can we add a pinned thread somewhere with them?
