B.RAD
Just printed off the entry form for this and am now very confused about which class I am supposed to enter. I'm still not completely decided on whether I'll be in WSCC class B1 or D, but let's assume I go for D - will I be in class 6 or class 9 based on the below regs? Road-going Specialist Production Cars(Road Going Kit Type Cars and Replica Cars) (To MSA Regs S11)Class 5 Up to 1700ccClass 6 1701cc and overClass 7 Any capacity with bike derived engine Modified Series Production Cars and Modified Specialist Production Cars(Modified Production Saloon and Sports Cars) (To MSA Regs S12)Class 8 Up to 1400ccClass 9 1401cc to 2000ccClass 10 2001cc and over

B.RAD
So do I need a logbook to enter this class? Or can I still enter it as a road going car, but running 1c tyres?
Marto303
So do I need a logbook to enter this class? Or can I still enter it as a road going car, but running 1c tyres? MSA Log Book Barny Basically if you enter your car in Mod Prod in 100% road going condition ie as you would drive it on the road then a V5 is acceptable, if your running in Mod Prod and you take any of the road going elements away ( remember the MSA don't consider 1C tyres road legal ) then you'll need an MSA log book.
Gerry H
You won't need a log book for a road legal car. You'll probably need proof of road tax, insurance and MOT though. Too slow again Story of my life.
FILFAN
MSA Log Book Barny Basically if you enter your car in Mod Prod in 100% road going condition ie as you would drive it on the road then a V5 is acceptable, if your running in Mod Prod and you take any of the road going elements away ( remember the MSA don't consider 1C tyres road legal ) then you'll need an MSA log book. Log book is not required if running 1c's aslong at its taxed, insured and mot'd. 1c's are still legal for use on the public highway just not to buy. GF had conformation of the msa the other day.
B.RAD
That's what I thought Phil, but wasn't sure if MSA rules or real rules would apply.
Terry Everall
You will need to have a Hans device to run in mod prods
