It was only in a chassis being mocked up, hard to believe it would be ready for autosport but sounds like it's going to be a good bit of kit at 250bhp out the box. I saw the power graphs today from the Ford Racing ecu, ye gods, I don't think you put petrol in it, just top up the delithium crystals every so often!!! They were showing the engine, 2.0 litre Ford Ecoboost and discussing the way forward with it, at the last open day. It is the first time I've heard the name, and I'm pleasantly surprised to see the model so close to being with us! I gather from one of the other threads they've been showing anyone who's been to the factory recently, the progress that's been made.
