kevip6 Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 can you take single seaters I wouldn't have thought you'd be allowed open wheels with Javelin but I've seen that a few have been allowed on OpenTrack days judging by his photos on Facebook Quote
SootySport Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 Not on Javelin trackdays, they wouldn't even let me on with my missing wheelarch. Bring the white Westfield Pete. Quote

Pistol Pete Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 Please can somebody do a quick write of events and take some pictures for the mag. Thanks. Quote
SootySport Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 It's usually my intention to take photos on our trackdays but I just get carried away and can't keep of the track long enough. I'll give it go this time if someone reminds me. Quote
Mark (smokey mow) Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 Please can somebody do a quick write of events and take some pictures for the mag. Thanks. track day write ups are easy.....Bernie will be the first to have something fall off or break. He'll then spend the next half hour bodging it back together with sticks, twine and gaffa tape. He'll then go back out on track and only return once the fuel light comes on. By about 3pm all fuel reserves in suffolk will have been exhaust and Bernie will be seen buying as much fuel off everyone else in the paddock as he can get his hands on. Dave on the other hand will have faultless reliability as he'll be unable to take his eyes off the oil pressure gauge for the whole day. Unwilling to reduce his pace and distracted by the aforementioned gauge he will spin both often and frequently, most of which will be caught on camera by Bernie. Dave will finish the day with the biggest grin but with dreams of a future supercharger/turbo upgrade. 4 Quote
