KevB Posted July 7, 2015 Posted July 7, 2015 Long term weather forecast looks good, put me down for Lizzy Brice at 10am Quote
ziplob Posted July 8, 2015 Posted July 8, 2015 we could pop into the secret bunker ? if we can find it theres more to see outside it than in . Last time i was there it was 12 notes a head, intresting but not worth that . The open starts at St Andrews next week so it would be rude not to have a blast round there and then back fir fish and chips . Quote
JimM Posted July 8, 2015 Posted July 8, 2015 New gear lever installed and selecting all gears. So I'm as well. Will meet at South Queensferry. Cheers Jim 1 Quote
Rab (bombero) Reid Posted July 9, 2015 Author Posted July 9, 2015 Even before this run is under our belt, van I ask you guys to check out Nev's BBQ run: http://forum.wscc.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic/114778-clan-mcwesty-nevs-charity-blatnbbq-26th-july/ Quote
pcxr Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Suggested route if you guys want to take in St Andrews first and avoiding all the recent 20 30 40 mph limits put in place through Fife even on main routes. If St Andrews after lunch then reverse of the last section or if not at all fair enough. 1 Quote
Hornet600 Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Sounds fine to me! Fingers crossed the rain stays away. Quote
JimM Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Another great day out. Good turnout of kits for our blat. Looking forward to next one .... Quote
Rab (bombero) Reid Posted July 12, 2015 Author Posted July 12, 2015 Glad you enjoyed. It was guid, want it, although it was starting to feel like a death blat, what with 4 casualties before lunch! All fixable which is good news. Quote
Doug Dastardly Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Well ours was incident free (I think, it was until I left anyway) but a bit low on numbers and degrees c! We should meet in the middle sometime, around Braemar maybe, or Glencoe? Quote
clansman Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Glad you enjoyed. It was guid, want it, although it was starting to feel like a death blat, what with 4 casualties before lunch! All fixable which is good news. " casualties"!!! Don't like the sound of that !! I did see Deano had a "problem" ! Quote
Rab (bombero) Reid Posted July 12, 2015 Author Posted July 12, 2015 In chronological order: Deano - sump Lee (locost) - throttle cable Craig - alternator belt (although a running repair saw him rejoin us) Jim - cycle wing (but like the old battler that he is, he just whipped it off and carried on!) 1 Quote
