Yes I know. It's a bit of a long story but until I stopped sprinting, some 5 years ago, I always ran in B11. This year I joined the B19 & AEMC champs, as I used to and then the WSCC.

 

I'm just treating this year as a 'Get back into' and see how it goes and pick and choose a few events from each champ.

First event of the season for me due to work commitments and I'm really looking forward to it. 

 

Are there any distributors of Speed Series T-shirts amongst us at the weekend?  If so, could I trouble you for a 'large'?
